how does a bulk pack work?+
you pay once, upfront, for a full month of reels across all the accounts in the pack. no auto-renewal, no monthly billing. when the month is over, if you want another round, you buy another pack.
what is whop and why are we using it?+
whop is the secure billing platform that handles your payment — think of it like paypal or stripe, but built for creators. it's pci-compliant, handles refunds and disputes, and lets you pay by card, cash app, bank transfer or crypto.
when you order, whop creates your account automatically (email + password). we never see or store your card details.
is my payment safe?+
yes — same protections as paying with paypal or any major store. whop holds your card on file, not us. every charge is encrypted and you can dispute or refund through whop's support if something goes wrong. crypto payments are non-refundable by nature, so use card or cash app if you want chargeback protection.
what if i'm not happy with the videos?+
we review every brief before we start production. if it's not a fit, we refund you in full before posting. each video also includes one round of revisions — request tweaks over whatsapp or from your dashboard before it goes live.
when do the reels start going live?+
as fast as we can — usually within 2–3 days after the brief. we spread the pack across the month (weekly cadence on tier 2, every two weeks on tier 1), or on specific dates you've scheduled with us.
